The water was shut off at 9:00am, no advance warning was given until after I checked in. I was charged more than what was in the contract even though I did not have any incidentals. Was told there was no coffee or tea around 8:45am because of the kitchen being closed early due to plumbing. Definitely would appreciate partial or full refund of my stay.

Nothing, from interrupting the desk clerks workout to it being completely empty and the overall vibe was very creepy. The hotel smelled like sawdust. They even offered masks for the smell.

it appeared to be clean. I would have liked to have been informed that it was undergoing renovation and water was being turned off daily before I made the reservation. in our case water was back on but we had no hot water.

There was no breakfast, Not even a coffee maker in our room. I thought there would be a microwave in the room, but there was nothing but a tiny fridge. There was only one bath towel. The towel rack on the sink was broken.
